We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. What You'll Do



o

Handle Inbound Calls:

Provide professional and efficient support to clients, caregivers, and families.



o

Assist with Scheduling:

Help manage client and caregiver schedules, including updates, adjustments, and documentation.



o

Support Staffing Needs:

Collaborate with our care management team to fill shifts and maintain smooth operations.



o

Evaluate Client Inquiries:

Direct calls and resolve questions with compassion and accuracy.



o

Communicate Changes:

Notify clients and caregivers about schedule updates, cancellations, or new assignments.



o

Caregiver Support:

Assist caregivers with timekeeping systems and other day-to-day needs.



o

After-Hours Coverage:

Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 client support.



Are You a Good Fit?



o

You're passionate about helping others and improving seniors' quality of life through non-medical home care.



o

You have 2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare, call center, or home care agency experience is a plus).



o

You're tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software such as WellSky, ClearCare, or similar platforms.



o

You're a problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
