Job Description



Full Pavestone LLC, manufacturer of concrete paver products for commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customers is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative for its\' Pedricktown, NJ facility.

Responsibilities include but not limed to:

  • Order processing.
  • Greet all walk-in customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Assist with data entry and filing.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Job Requirements The successful candidate must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office computer skills including Word and Excel.
  • Organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail is very important.
  • Must be able to work with others with limited supervision and be able to take direction in an office environment with ever-changing demands.
  • Energetic customer service personality.
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume taking each call as though it was the first call of the day.
