What You'll Do
Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
Address customer questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and care
Accurately enter and update customer information in our systems
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or share helpful product information
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that add value
Use consultative sales techniques when appropriate to enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
Confident phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required--we're happy to train the right candidate
Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage
