AboveAir Technologies, based in Frederick, Maryland, has been a leading provider of innovative indoor HVAC product solutions for commercial and industrial applications since 2003. With a state-of-the-art 90,000 sqft. manufacturing facility, AboveAir designs and deploys high-quality HVAC equipment tested and listed by Intertek (ETL), Inc. The company's commercial systems have been chosen by prominent clients across various industries.

Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Provide accurate information regarding products and services Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document communications and manage schedules Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Experience



Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish or other languages Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications Experience in sales or client services is beneficial Ability to demonstrate strong analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
