Position Overview

We are seeking

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and customer-focused, with a talent for resolving issues efficiently and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to customer inquiries. Address product and service concerns with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. Gather and evaluate information to provide effective solutions. Process and manage customer orders with precision. Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve processes. Consistently exceed expectations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service or client support experience preferred. Familiarity with customer service best practices and principles. Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
