Responsibilities



Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information. Process orders, manage data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive relationship. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes. Conduct an analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery. Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or client services; call center experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required. Familiarity with data entry processes and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for effective documentation. Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
