Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:



Provide cheerful, prompt, and professional support via email, phone, and chat Help customers with order questions, returns, and general product inquiries Update customer records and assist with online orders Work closely with our fulfillment and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:



Positive, can-do attitude and great people skills Basic computer and typing skills (familiar with email, spreadsheets, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and stay organized Bonus: Interest in quilting, sewing, or creative crafts!
