Job Responsibilities:

In-bound/Out-bound Calls

: Handle a high volume of in-bound and out-bound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Booking and Scheduling

: Schedule maintenance calls and appointments by booking in-bound calls and responding to customer emails.

Sales

: Promote and sell products and services to existing customers based on their needs.

Customer Interaction

: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve any issues in a friendly, courteous manner.

Overflow Call Management

: Assist in handling overflow calls to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Making 100+ Calls Daily

: Maintain productivity by scheduling and confirming maintenance calls, ensuring efficient time management.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, scheduling details, and any sales or services rendered.

Qualifications:

Experience

: 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.

Call Center & Office Experience

: Preferred 3+ years of experience working in a customer focused environment or call center setting.

Attention to Detail

: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments.

Communication Skills

: Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Team Player

: A conscientious, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Character

: Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Availability

: Flexible schedule with reliable transportation.

Tech Skills

: Computer/software knowledge is a plus.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience 100% onsite (in office) Weekend Schedules will be remote (if informed by your manager) Afternoon and Evening Availability will be required
