This position is responsible for servicing customers via phone and emails to provide most current information and problem solving.
Respond to customers inquiries via phone and email.
Track and trace freight at different customers and locations.
Invoicing.
Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Work with various steamship lines and/or freight customers release dates.
Navigate through systems for problem solving.
Salary: $21- $25 an hour
