Responsibilities

Engage with customers through various channels, mainly in-person, face-to-face, but at times, over the phone to provide assistance and resolve inquiries. Manage and follow up on leads in-person to ensure customer acquisition and satisfaction on behalf of our brands. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Demonstrate excellent communications skills while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address common customer concerns. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate. Proficiency in data collection and use of tablet Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. A professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Work well within a team environment.
