Duties



Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented Handle inbound customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account information with clarity and confidence Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services Assist clients with data entry tasks such as updating account details, processing orders, or managing service requests accurately and efficiently Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer needs are fully understood Support client services by troubleshooting issues, providing product information, and guiding customers through resolution steps Maintain detailed records of interactions within our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure seamless service continuity Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality

Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for additional support or product recommendations Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with a broader audience Excellent customer support skills combined with active listening and empathy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred but not required Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions Cash handling experience is a plus for processing payments or refunds accurately Typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume interactions efficiently Knowledge of call center best practices including call handling techniques, escalation procedures, and maintaining professionalism under pressure

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
