Duties

include general reception responsibilities such as answering incoming calls, setting up appointments, responding to emails, greeting clients, and processing invoices & payments. Other duties include working with medical records, checking in patients, and assisting the doctors and veterinary technicians. If you have experience with Idexx Cornerstone software that is a plus, but not required. Ideally, a basic knowledge of routine veterinary care such as vaccinations, heartworm testing, and spays & neuters is needed. Our focus here at the clinic is primarily dogs and cats.

Cliff Lake Veterinary Clinic

is located in Eagan on Cliff Road near both 77 and 35E, so getting to work is easy! We are open to various scheduling needs. Shifts are 4 days a week with a weekday off, plus every other Saturday morning. This job offering is for our

Cliff Lake

location, although we do also have another clinic Marschall Road Animal Hospital located in Shakopee.
