Established independent insurance agency seeks a positive, self-motivated, licensed and experienced individual to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our prospects and clients.
Duties
Play a critical role in improving the lives of others through service, education and protection regarding core insurance needs.
Provide a wide range of customer service and sales support including but not limited to: processing policy changes, answering client questions, resolving problems, providing coverage education, performing policy reviews, providing quotes and sales support, customer follow-up, quoting and issuing new insurance policies, providing certificates of insurance plus anything else needed regarding service and sales with the agency.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a licensed insurance customer service representative.
High School diploma
