Responsibilities- Customer Service Representative

Answer and respond to customer inquiries promptly Manage customer accounts by updating information and setting up new accounts Assist customers with scheduling work orders with Dispatch and service technicians Communicate with Technicians to ensure work orders are completed correctly and on time Work with Accounting Team to resolve billing issues Assists create custom and detailed proposals Update customers on service status and follow up to ensure satisfaction Assist and support Office and Field Service Team members, as needed

Requirements - Customer Service Representative

PC proficient and fluent in Microsoft-based programs Attention to detail Proficient in written English language Proficient in speaking Spanish language Professional Communication Skills Able to manage tasks in a timely manner Positive "can do" attitude, self-driven and motivated Able to work independently and as a team player Critical thinking, problem solver & focused Knowledge of construction, HVAC, refrigeration, restaurant equipment or electrical is a plus
