Entry-Level Data Processing Position

Farmers Bank of Milton is seeking a full-time customer service representative who is a self-motivated and proactive individual to join our staff at our office located in Milton, Kentucky. The customer service representative is an entry level position that works in a high performance, customer-focused, team environment and is responsible for numerous customer-oriented tasks. These responsibilities include in person and phone support for online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, etc.

Requirements:

Previous banking experience is preferred but not required. An ideal candidate would have the ability to work well with others, assist customers with a variety of banking needs and be extremely dependable, punctual and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

? Customer support with online banking, mobile banking, debit cards
? Communicate with co-workers about banking related issues
? Provide information about bank-related products and services
? Assist with all customer inquiries
? Answer telephones
? Cross-train on other areas of the bank
? Other duties as assigned
