Pay Range:

$14/hr to $18/hr, depending on experience

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with OT options)

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the dispatch team Maintaining accurate customer records and service history Processing payments and handling billing inquiries Assisting with follow-up on collections and past-due accounts Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

2+ years of customer service experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact Organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
