Position Summary
We're looking for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our award-winning team! The CSR is the first point of contact for customers and plays an essential role in delivering a positive experience. The ideal candidate is
friendly, organized, professional, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Enter and manage customer information and service requests
Process customer payments securely over the phone
Follow up on internet leads and online service requests
Maintain accurate records and data entry in company systems
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction
Qualifications
Previous
customer service or office experience
preferred (HVAC or home services experience a plus)
Strong
verbal and written communication
skills
Excellent
organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and data entry systems
Able to
multitask
in a fast-paced environment
Patient, professional, and team-oriented
