Customer Service Representative (CSR)

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and provide friendly customer support Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately Enter and update customer information in our system Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth scheduling Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and phone skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Have:

Customer service or call center experience Experience in HVAC, home services, or retail sales Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
