Customer Service Representative / Loan Specialist

Responsibilities

Assist customers with loan applications, renewals, and payments Clearly explain loan terms, fees, and repayment options Verify customer information and documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawers daily Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information Meet individual and store performance goals Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to accurately handle cash Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Retail office environment May include evenings and Saturdays Customer-facing, fast-paced role
