Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and service requests Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Process transactions such as cash handling and payments accurately Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and typing accuracy Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify opportunities for service improvement Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client support and satisfaction

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer support or call center roles preferred; internship experience is also valuable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism Excellent phone etiquette and outbound calling skills Data entry accuracy with good typing speed (minimum required) Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and resolving issues effectively Experience with cash handling is desirable but not mandatory Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
