Customer Service Representative

who takes the initiative, is flexible and collaborative, and who creatively problem solves for our customers.

What you'll do each day:

You'll be the first impression of the company, the friendly voice on the phone saving the day for the customer with a plumbing or drain issues, You'll be a great listener, so you know just how to take care of the customer's needs. You'll be efficient while scheduling a service call that suits the customer's schedule. You'll be accurate at data entry, making sure all the notes entered into the system for the Technician who will be dispatched for the repair, so they know just what to do.

This position is located in our Cleveland, Ohio office and is required to be in-office.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in customer service Call center environment experience Excellent keyboarding skills Service Titan experience is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening. You will be subject to random drug screening throughout employment.
