About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Clinical Lab Representative

for a temporary assignment within a clinical laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with EPIC Beaker and a solid understanding of lab operations and insurance processing.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative and customer service duties within the clinical lab. Accurately process and manage lab-related information in

EPIC Beaker

. Handle patient inquiries and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Support laboratory staff with data entry, specimen tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with insurance providers for claim processing and billing inquiries.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience

working in a clinical lab environment - Required*

EPIC Beaker experience

- Required*

Basic insurance processing knowledge

- Required*
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team-based setting

5x8 Days

Weekend Requirement:
