Job Description

Do you have a love for animals? This position gives you the ability to use current technology to communicate by text, email or phone with the clients. We are looking for a motivated, hard working individual to join our team. This position entails working closely with all staff members to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients .

We are currently looking to fill a full-time customer service position. Work schedules are posted for the month 1-2 weeks prior. Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month (Saturday shift 730AM-230PM) and some evening shifts.

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, client liaison, texting clients, processing payments, maintaining paperless medical files and ensuring customer areas are clean.

Our office hours are 8AM-6PM, Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8AM-2PM. Competitive salary based on experience within the veterinary field.

Hospital Information

We are a 5 Doctor practice that is well established and AAHA accredited. Located about 15 minutes outside of downtown Cincinnati in Mt. Lookout Square.

Starting pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits are available to full time employees.
