Key Responsibilities

Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate account information.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Identify and communicate customer insights that can improve sales strategies and service processes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to actively listen, problem-solve, and upsell or cross-sell effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales tools, and support platforms.
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet performance goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
