What We Offer:

Base Pay:

$16-

$18/hr.

Monthly Bonuses:

Earn an additional +$3,500+ based on performance

Schedule:

10 AM - 7 PM with rotating Saturdays (no late nights!)

What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with urgency and professionalism Build trust and rapport with customers while uncovering their HVAC or plumbing service needs Schedule and coordinate appointments with field technicians Recommend service options, promote membership plans, and maximize each customer interaction Deliver a world-class customer experience from first call to follow-up

What We're Looking For:

A motivated, goal-oriented professional who loves to win and help others do the same Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and problem-solve quickly Calm under pressure and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Experience in a sales-support or customer-facing role -- home services or call center experience is a major plus Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or home services is helpful but not required

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm
