- Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, identifying potential sales opportunities and addressing any concerns
- Utilize inbound and outbound calling skills to manage customer relationships and close sales
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
