Customer Service Representative

to be the friendly voice of our company. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide outstanding support, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. Essential Functions:



Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist customers with scheduling, service requests, and general information about our plumbing services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems Handle outbound calling to follow up on service appointments or gather customer feedback Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback and assisting with additional administrative tasks to help the team

Requirements:



Proven experience in customer support or call center roles, with strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Knowledge of customer service principles, including call etiquette and client engagement strategies Experience with outbound calling and handling inbound inquiries in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm, confident approach to problem-solving

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
