This role will gain the expertise of the Bigham Ag product line and generate revenue by supporting and obtaining orders for tillage units and spare parts. The candidate must learn the Bigham product applications as they will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and interpret technical requirements, provide technical information and support customers. Job includes using system tools and software, following internal processes and help to drive business growth. Candidate must be a team player as they work closely with sales team and other team members to ensure consistent customer service.
Key Duties Include
Supports and develops sales opportunities by receiving all inbound calls, building rapport with customers and sales team, providing technical information and explanations.
Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards by following policies and procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies and adapt to new processes.
Updates job knowledge by studying product descriptions.
Work to develop strong customer service practices.
Qualifications Include
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
Demonstrated aptitude for business and operational analysis
Strong interpersonal skills, communication and decision making
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with farming practices and equipment a plus
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
The ability to learn, and interact with a complex business operating system (ERP)
