Due to our expansive growth, we are hiring a Lead Customer Relations Specialist who has experience with billing to join our team in the Burlington area.

Starting Pay Range:

Dependent upon experience - $28-$32/hour.

Responsibilities:

Inbound and outbound phone calls and correspondence Maintain customer compliance Provide support to management Administrative duties including but not limited to billing, filing, etc Submitting proposals Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the trades industry Billing and experience with submitting proposals advantageous Highly organized and able to remain as such in this high-volume, fast paced environment Proficiency with computer applications, Word, Excel, any other related Accounting Software Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking a must Ability to work independently and manage one's time Knowledge of Customer Portals a plus - Example: Service Channel, Corrigo, Vixxo .
