As part of our customer service team, you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships and boosting repeat business through outstanding service and upselling in our drop-off dry cleaning and laundry storefront in Chatham County, NC.

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic -- the kind your grandparents would be proud of! You must have an eye for detail when it comes to pricing and notating orders that are dropped off and collected. You should be able to process and label orders quickly and accurately, and follow standard operating procedures for prepping, inspecting, and labeling items to be sent to our local dry cleaning and laundry facility team.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative with done4Ulaundry, you'll be essential in delivering 5-star service to our customers in Chatham County. While this is an entry-level position, it offers opportunities for growth in management, sales, operations, and more. You'll also have the chance to earn extra income through incentive programs.

Requirements:

Grow pickup and delivery subscribers and VIP memberships daily Deliver a top-notch customer experience that leads to repeat and referred business Ability to sell products and upsell pickup & delivery services Maintain a clean and organized workspace Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Excellent attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Traits required: honesty, hardworking, ethical, humble, teachable, respectful Use downtime to improve business operations Fluent in English, both written and verbal Spanish-speaking skills are a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of technical sales and electronics products is a must Previous or related experience in dry cleaning and laundry is preferred Strong communication skills and a passion for outstanding service
