How You'll Function



Assist customers in selecting telecom products and services that best suit their lifestyle, budget, and connectivity needs Provide clear, friendly, and accurate explanations of service plans, billing details, and product features Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset whether it's a technical hiccup or a billing question Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery and identify recurring issues Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale satisfaction Stay informed on product updates, service changes, and promotional offers to provide timely and relevant information Represent our telecom partners with professionalism and a customer-first attitude Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, supporting peers, and celebrating collective wins

What You Must Have



Strong verbal and written communication skills A passion for helping others Ability to stay calm under pressure Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities Tech-savvy mindset (telecom knowledge is a plus!) Team-oriented attitude Previous customer service experience preferred
