Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service call center vendor expanding in the Baltimore-area. Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment.

This is a 3 to 6 month temporary role onsite in Elkridge, MD

Call Center Benefits:

Call Center Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals and families with information and questions about DHS Programs. Providing accurate and consistent information. Providing quality customer service and support.

Call Center Qualifications for the position include:

Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people. Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications. Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills. Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) required.
