LX Building Materials is a growing kitchen & bath wholesale company seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our South El Monte team. The CSR will assist customers by phone and message, handle order inquiries, and support our indoor sales and warehouse teams.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and messages through Google Voice
Provide accurate product and order information using QuickBooks Online
Follow up on orders, pickups, and customer requests
Coordinate with warehouse staff and support the sales team
Requirements:
Fluent in
English and Spanish
(spoken & written)
Legal U.S. work authorization required
Minimum
1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (QuickBooks experience a plus)
