Do you turn frustrated customers into loyal fans?

Join our Customer Service team and become the friendly voice that keeps our operations running smoothly! We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, think on their feet, and make every customer interaction count.

What You'll Do:

Expertly manage multiple phone lines in a high-energy environment Accurately process customer orders with precision and speed Identify trends and provide valuable feedback to management Transform challenging situations into positive outcomes Collaborate with our Night Receiving, Operations, and Sales teams

What Makes You Perfect:

3-5 years of customer service experience Professional communicator with exceptional phone presence Proficient in data entry and G Suite/Excel Master multitasker who stays calm under pressure Flexible with weekend and overtime availability
