We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer and data entry tasks, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer interactions or promote services.
Manage data entry tasks accurately within our CRM and other software platforms.
Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
Provide support for client services by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or correspondence as needed.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions. Be friendly and empathetic.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, or client services preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple channels of contact effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed (minimum required).
Experience with outbound calling and sales is advantageous.
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.87 per hour
