We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in face-to-face interactions. You will be engaging with homeowners in person to provide information, answer questions, and help them understand their solar options. No prior solar experience is required; we provide full training. Responsibilities: o Interact face-to-face with homeowners o Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs o Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations o Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions o Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions o Represent Semper SolR's values with integrity, clarity, and confidence Qualifications: o Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent o Strong people skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners in person o Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated o Energetic and professional presentation o Ability to work outdoors and walk designated routes About Company: As a veteran-owned company, we assist our community and homeowners in choosing an efficient and affordable solar system that best meets their needs and provides sustainable energy for our community.
