Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with inquiries, and promote products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product demonstrations and information to customers

- Assist with wireless sales and technology products

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Answer customer inquiries in-person

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service preferred

- Knowledge of wireless sales and technology products is a plus

- Excellent etiquette and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions
