Our administrative team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist! When our customers call the office, they can hear our smiles through the phone. Primary Job Function:

To assist the sales team in reporting and securing leads, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Specialist will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive, open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.

Work Hours:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Pay Scale

: $23.00 - $27.00/hr Depending On Experience

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience Comfortable with outbound cold calling Superior Customer Service Skills Professional communication: written and verbal Well-organized and the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail Capable of working in a fast-paced environment * Collaborates well with others
