Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)

• Process goods received and goods issued through SAP
• Maintain container and trailer information using the yard management system
• Resolve customer product or service issues efficiently
• Keep customer records and paperwork accurate and up-to-date
• Update order status and logs using Google Sheets
• Flexibility to help cover other shifts when needed
• Assist Operations with distributing work when directed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP (order processing, inventory, or logistics preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
