In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry/computer skills, and have a passion for helping others. Some sales experience preferred but not required. Bonuses are available depending on sales.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Setting appointments with customers based on a specific set of criteria as outlined by management.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively.
May occasionally have to deal with walk-in customers.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, but not required.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
