The entry-level Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in providing impeccable support and guidance to both potential leads and existing clientele. Remaining abreast of our client's promotional offerings as well as competitors' initiatives within the local market will be a fundamental aspect of this role.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Engage with potential leads on a daily basis to address inquiries and provide information. Conduct customer meetings to effectively communicate the most suitable promotional packages tailored to their needs. Participate in customer acquisition and sales meetings to continually enhance skills and deepen understanding of client offerings. Collaborate with fellow customer service representatives to optimize client success. Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers by delivering prompt and professional service. Monitor and report daily sales outcomes to management. Engage in networking activities with other customer service representatives assigned to the same client to further develop skill sets.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills, essential for participation in meetings led by senior customer service representatives. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments would be advantageous. Possession of an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a professional demeanor, traits typically associated with successful customer service representatives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether working collaboratively within a team or autonomously.
