The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service as well as administrative support for the water systems and plumbing teams. This is accomplished by communicating effectively with the public, as well as supporting the Department Manager, Administrative Coordinator, and technicians through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Tasks may include and not be limited to: Answering telephone calls, determining customer needs, booking jobs from leads, customer follow-up, coordinating with technicians, contractors, municipal representatives and other stakeholders, data entry, and general customer service.

The Customer Service Representative is expected to exercise a high level of professionalism, consistently represent the Stutzman Services brand and display our behaviors, while contributing to a safe and enjoyable work environment.

Position Details

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Location: Company headquarters in Albany, Oregon

Pay and Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

Age 18 or over High school diploma or equivalent One year experience or equivalent Proficient with office procedures, computers and software Excellent communication skills Good organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceTitan software Experience scheduling service technicians Knowledge of plumbing, well pump, or water treatment services
