Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 07:30pm)

• Works with other department positions to provide an efficient, accurate, and pleasant customer service experience
• Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of accounts
• Verifies on-hand inventory is sufficient to cover shipping orders
• Interacts with drivers and completes customer paperwork as product is shipped or received
• Responds promptly to emails, inquiries, and complaints in a courteous manner

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Word and Excel experience
• Google Apps experience
• Problem solving skills
• Friendly tone and good communication over email, in-person and over the phone

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
