Customer Service Representative

to join our team and act as the bridge between our drivers and our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating communication between drivers on the road and our customers. You'll be responsible for keeping clients informed, managing paperwork, and ensuring timely and professional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the main point of contact for drivers and customers throughout each move Communicate accurate ETAs and job updates to customers in a timely manner Maintain constant communication with drivers to manage scheduling, route updates, and service issues Accurately complete and process all job-related paperwork and digital forms Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently Coordinate last-minute changes or delays with both customers and internal teams Track and report move progress and status updates to management

Requirements:



Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text) Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Previous customer service experience (moving or logistics industry preferred) Comfortable working with digital forms and standard office software Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
