. We are now looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Princeton shop. Our company is family owned and operated. We have been in business for over 30years and take pride in providing excellent service to our customers.

Job responsibilities include:

Daily phone contact with our customers, insurance company personnel and vendors
Manages customer payments
Communicate with estimators
Create and manage files for our customers
Schedule appointments for customers
Working with a great team of employees in an awesome work atmosphere.
A minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
Demonstrated computer/software proficiency Experience as Customer Service in the Automotive industry is preferred

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.

Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
