Job Overview:

Gran-U-Lawn and One Stop Storage are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a fast paced office environment where every day is something a little different.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously

- Assist customers with payments and billing

- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively

- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or related field

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry and computer systems

- Experience with outbound calling is advantageous

- Sales experience is a bonus

-Experience in lawn care and/or Self Storage helpful

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
