What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls with warmth, urgency, and accuracy -- every conversation matters. Make confident

outbound calls

for follow-ups, maintenance renewals, and open estimates.

Own the schedule

-- match the right technician to the right call and maximize opportunity. Cheer on your techs when they close a deal, and lift them up when they miss one -- you're part of the win. Stay on top of every detail in

ServiceTitan

, from job notes to dispatch updates. Take initiative, communicate often, and never let opportunity slip through the cracks.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in ServiceTitan

(CSR, dispatching, and reporting experience required).

Confident and competitive

-- you love hitting goals and helping others do the same. A

natural communicator

who's comfortable on the phone (inbound + outbound).

Proactive and organized

, not afraid to make decisions and keep things moving. Previous HVAC, plumbing, or home service experience strongly preferred. Reliable home setup (quiet workspace, stable internet) and ability to commute to Fort Worth part of the week.
