Duties

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive experience. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain client records. Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer interactions and documentation. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Manage cash handling responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Familiarity with call center operations is advantageous. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
