Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Arden Hills, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and update account information in our database
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
Provide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs
Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Pay range $12-18
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
