Responsibilities

Assist clients with sales-related questions, guiding them through options and upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience.
Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions to foster trust and satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including processing payments or refunds with attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues by analyzing customer data and providing insightful feedback for continuous improvement.
Support the team by performing general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel as needed.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues in achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances service delivery.
Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
Strong communication skills--both verbal and written--are crucial for effective client interactions.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is a plus; familiarity with sales techniques can boost success in this role.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills ensures customers feel valued and understood.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or cash handling procedures.
Analysis skills help interpret customer feedback or data trends to improve service quality continuously.
Previous call center experience or client services background will be advantageous but is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
